About the Doctors Dr. Chang graduated first in his class at the University of Southern California School of Dentistry with top honors. He received his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine where he went on to complete his internship in General Surgery and residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Out of over 220 applicants only 3 doctors, including Dr. Chang, were selected for entry into L.S.U.'s prestigious Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program in 1991. During his residency, Dr. Chang received extensive training in the field of cosmetic facial surgery. Dr. Chang is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is currently licensed by the California Board of Dental Examiners and the Medical Board of California. He received his medical degree from the University of Nebraska where he went on to complete his internship in General Surgery and residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Dr. Cutri has been in private practice for over twenty years. He is board certified by the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and is currently licensed by the California Board of Dental Examiners and the Medical Board of California. Dr. Cutri is a consultant for the Cleft Palate team at Children's Hospital of San Diego. Surgical Staff Members of our surgical staff are highly trained professionals certified by the Southern California Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons and are proficient in office based and hospital based surgical assisting. All members of the surgical staff are instructed, on an annual basis, in Advanced Cardiac Life Support according to American Heart Association guidelines. Front Office and Administration Our friendly front office staff is prepared to handle your every need from scheduling to answering questions about your insurance benefits. Remember, an insurance plan is a contract between a patient and their insurance carrier. Due to the technical aspects of dental and medical treatment, figuring out your insurance benefits can be a daunting process. Therefore, our office is prepared to explain your insurance benefits to you and to process and submit your insurance claims. Payment is required upon delivery of service. However, due to the complexity of insurance coverage and the technical aspects of diagnosis and surgical treatment, our office will assist you in every way to maximize your insurance benefits . An examination/consultation fee of $93.00 will be charged for all new patients or for new procedures on existing patients (fees subject to change).
