Locator-Retained Overdenture: Implants can be combined with special attachments known as Locators to help retain upper and lower dentures. This is a very popular and very economical alternative to single tooth replacement with implants for those patients who have lost most or all of their teeth.
Osseointegrated Frame: For patients with severe bony atrophy of the lower jaw. A three dimensional model is created from a CT scan. A titanium alloy frame is then constructed utilizing the model. The frame is constructed to drape over the existing bone of the lower jaw and bone grafting is performed over the frame. Posts connected to the frame extend into the oral cavity and are used to support a lower prosthesis.
